Dennis Costanza is Director, Community Relations of FivePoint, Concord Naval Weapons Station Project. In this role, Dennis engages the community and facilitates the sharing of information necessary to the growth and success of the project. Before joining FivePoint, he was President of Community Youth Center (CYC) overseeing its operations which supports over 2000 members and The Hofmann Family Foundation, where many of its philanthropic grants focused in Concord, and Contra Costa County. While serving in this role, Dennis created a nutritional education program in collaboration between CYC and Concord’s newly created De La Salle Academy. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Human Resources for Baysix USA, Director of Human Resources for The Axean Group, and worked for over 20 years in the information technology industry for Dow Chemical and Chevron. Dennis earned a BS Degree in Business/Management Information Systems from California State University Hayward. Currently, Dennis serves on the boards of Concord’s Police Activities League & Richmond’s Terrance Kelly Youth Foundation.
